BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHY

I am excited to offer birth photography sessions in the North Dallas area. At this time I will only be booking 1 birth photography session per month. This is my introductory pricing and is subject to change at any time. The only way to lock in current pricing is by paying deposit.

 

Your birth photography session includes:

• A prenatal meeting in or near Frisco Texas during which we can discuss what type of images you'd like from your birth and so that we can become familiar with each other before the actual birth. We will go over and sign the contract, and we will also review your birthing plan.

• My time and talents. I will be on call 24/7 for you starting from when you are at 38 weeks gestation until you deliver the baby. When you go into active labor I will meet you at your home, birthing center, or the hospital (wherever you plan to give birth). I will stay to photograph the labor, birth, and up to two hours afterwards.*

• 50-75 edited images with a print release delivered via digital download. Most of these images will be converted to black and white with select images being in color.

 

Pricing:

$700**, with $250 of that due within a week of booking as a deposit and the remainder due by 36 weeks.

 

FIRST 48

For those who do not feel comfortable having a photographer at the actual birth but would like to capture images of their baby's first precious moments I offer sessions to document your baby within their first 48 hours of life. This session offers everything included in the birth photography session, but allows for a 48 hour window after the birth for the session to take place. The First 48 session can take place at the hospital or once you arrive home and can last up to two hours.

 

Pricing:

$399**, with $150 of that due within a week of booking as a deposit and the remainder due by 36 weeks.

 

 

*In the unlikely event that I do not arrive in time to capture the birth a First 48 session will take the place of the Birth Photography session. If I am unable to make it in time because I was not contacted soon enough or the birth took place too quickly you may have a First 48 session but there will be no refund. If I am unable to make it to the birth due to my own error (sickness, unforseen emergency, etc.) you will be offered the option of a full refund, or a First 48 session with the difference ($200) being refunded to you.
